ヤードや駅などの鉄道関連施設に隣接している職員住居用の官舎です。昭和中期風の木造・瓦ぶきの純日本的な一般家屋で、鉄道施設以外にも幅広く活用いただけます。今回の発売に際して、在来のイージーキット方式から塗装済み完成品へと生まれ変わりました。合わせて建物細部のディテールや外周の仕様もグレードアップを図っています。
